I need something else. Something. Not sure what.
I'm tired but I'm not busy enough. But I can't find time to complete tasks people do every day. I'm not earning enough but I don't want to work for other people more than what I already do.
You used to be able to refresh this forum after an hour and see new activity. Now you go months for the same thing. The internet has changed. I miss the 90s. I miss not having a phone in my pocket.
Was that a legitimate post or did you cut and paste the lyrics from a 90's melancholic grunge song?
If legitimate then take up music

Yeah the Internet sucks these days. Too much manipulation of content. And it has revealed over the years that millions of people are dumb as fuck.
Scary times, though I suppose it's always been like this.
I was just having a moment. I'm OK now - I've conformed (y)
edit: it is good to see old faces though. Do you guys regularly check for an update here?

Hey, hope life's treating everyone well. I still lurk fairly regularly, but never really did post much, sorry.
We can still come and post retarded shit on here whenever we like. Who needs all the other interwebs stuff anyway? Or anything else? :o

everything is now written to convince robots to help people spend money on your product/service
i'm a copywriter and i was advised to read a book called something like "getting away from words" which is a guide towards wriitng digital content with an eye towards maximizing engagement instead of writing words what sound good when you mash em together
nothing matters anymore
marketing sucks but they pay me pretty good so i guess i'll do it
i obviously didn't read that book lol
I'm constantly reading blogs on how to reduce your digital life.
Then I read another blog how to be efficient and more productive in today's digital life,
Then I read another blog on how to reduce my digital life.
Then I watch a TED talk on how someone got back to nature by doing three very simple things.
Then to organise those digital things I read a blog on how to make me most efficient at these tasks.
Then I read a blog on how to reduce my digital life.
Then it's time for bed where I take my phone with me and scroll news sites to check if the world has changed.
Then I get up and read blogs on how to reduce your digital life...

This site peaked for a steady 7 years, I had the highest regards for BBMB up until around 2009. Then gradually like a lot of other sites, topics of politics, personal beliefs and a lot of narcissistic bullshit creeped in.
Social media gave people a false sense of importance and an inability to be flexible enough to have open minds.
But goddamn for about 10 years there were a half a dozen forums online that totally kicked ass! This was one of them, funnier than shit, musically ahead of the rest and politically very astute.
I miss the mix tapes and talking smack.

Get bent.
Get bent.
Smack talk or the title of your new mix tape?
Smack talk or the title of your new mix tape?
Or a gritty british gangster drama featuring Jack Bent. Hell bent on getting revenge for the death of his hamster.
Nibbles didn't die in a freak training wheel accident - that bolt was loosen on purpose! Only, things are what they seem when the usually meek James the guinea pig was missing from his cage at the time of the event.
