i just read on NME!
Quizzed on what it's like to work with the hip-hop star, Bugg replied: "It is a good idea to bounce ideas off someone and get an opinion. If he says it's cool it is cool. He's been playing me unheard Beastie Boys mixtapes."

Man, I can't stop thinking about those mix tapes haha! Like are they something we might possibly get to hear? I'm thinking maybe that some are gifts from famous DJs with crazy samples that could never be cleared. Maybe, just maybe, mix tapes of unheard Beastie Boys?!?!
Too bad Mike D doesn't chime in here once in a while to answer some questions for us...

Yeah, I can take or leave Bugg, it's the mixtapes that really got me. Coupled with 'unheard' to me suggests there's random unreleased Beastie-shit on there (as opposed to mixtapes of other artists), though I suppose it could be either.
Regardless, if I ever made it as a musician I'd probably lure Mike D's interest under false pretences of needing a hip producer (not that that wouldn't be great too!) purely to gain access to some exclusive B-Boys material.
So, first Rick and now Mike - interesting!
