I was listening to LL Cool J "jack the ripper" and adrock pops up being sampled saying "hip hop"
I thought we all could list songs that the beastie boys have been sampled on.
I remember Dilated Peoples sampling Pauls boutique on one of their songs which I thought was rare, because it always seems to be licenced to ill that everyone samples.

Slow and Low is sampled in Sublime's Doin' Time (And we can do it like this in the place to be).
Adrock's 'YEAH!' from the Fight For Your Right intro pops up everywhere - Gangsta Gangsta by NWA is the most notable for me!
Obviously the Pharcyde's Drop.
There's been some samples or at least reproductions of Hello Brooklyn in recent years (Jay Z?) - none of which I really enjoyed.
But yeah you're right - it's mostly LTI that gets sampled.

Just off the top of my head, here are just a few:
Memphis Bleek- Murda Murda
Talib Kweli - I'm On One
EPMD - The Joint
Ice Cube - Check Yo Self (Original Album version)
Eazy E - Radio
Outkast - Benz or Beamer
Big Daddy Kane - Mister Cee's Master Plan
Erik B & Rakim - As the Rhyme Goes On
Blahzay Blahzay - Danger (vocal sample from Q-Tip on Get it Together)
The lists on who sampled.com are almost endless. And I think I even remember noticing that there were a tracks that sampled them that were missing from their lists.

This song is probably an unlisted one, since it's from a greek group. the song is from the lates 90's or early 00's, being that group one of the most famous on that country.

Yeah, those who sampled lists are even pretty limited (although growing). The more obscure you get, the less likely the sample is going to be on there. Suffice to say they've been sampled so many times it's almost pointless to try to make a list.

The recent Dilla joint 'Dillatronic' has a snippet of 'The New Style' at the beginning of track 06.

Licensed To Ill has got to be one of the most sampled rap records there is. I'm trying to think of another group that's been sampled that much. Public Enemy maybe? Nas was sampled a lot. But LTI is iconic in seemingly a larger way than even these others. What other hip hop records got sampled heavily like that? LL is another one...Radio...

If we're talking albums: Great Adventures of Slick Rick & Paid in Full come to mind.
Although I don't think either has been sampled more than LTI.
