That was AWESOME!!!! Kate is not only cool and down to earth but she was HONEST.

Every time the subject of her leaving the Beastie Boys comes up it gets "danced" around and I always wondered what was up with that. She didn't try to play down the Licensed to Ill days off like a complete joke. The way she explained the situation makes a ton of sense.

That, and can you believe all that cool information about the pre-Licensed to Ill days? The making of Cookie Puss!

I thought the Jeremy Shatan interview was great but this one topped it.

It would be great if you could get Mike and Adam in for a serious interview it would be bananas. I realize that will probably never happen but it would be cool. Hell, I'd love to hear an hour on just the technical side of the making of License to Ill.

The other obviously great interview would be Rick. You could ask him about all the "lost" material! Desperado!
