That link to the copyright page seems to provide a list of copyright claims that include Licensed to Ill, which some people have incorrectly listed as License to Ill. The album itself and everything put out by the Beastie Boys that I've seen has it as Licensed to Ill. Check out www.beastiemania.com as well.

I have the first Grand Royal mag, it says Licensed.
So just a lot of mistakes from other writers and shit out there.
