I was going down a wikipedia wormhole on guitar smashing and it got me thinking about the time Ad-Rock smashed his guitar on SNL after the Heart Attackman performance. He also flipped the bird to the camera during Ricky's theme and dropped an an F-Bomb during Sure Shot which you can hear Mike D trying to cover it with a "shhhs"
Is there any story behind this? Or was Ad-Rock just doing his typical wild and energetic performances?
For extra credit there was also that MTV performance where he speaks in a different language and then throws his guitar down after Sabotage. Anything there too?
