For me it’s very hard to watch beastie covers by musicians or fan bands.

Besides Jay Z and I guess Coldplay, I’ve never been comfortable enough to listen to the whole cover.

SO MANY are discovering the Beasties for the first time. Just watched someone react to Looking Down The Barrel yesterday and they loved it. You can also see by the views these Beastie reaction videos are getting that they are as popular as ever.

I like it when covers do a take on the original not just reproduce it, so it didn't do anything for me musically - I'd rather hear the original.
