the window just sits there with the "cop of coffee" icon in the corner. i've reinstalled java too

Well, it's shareware, and if you feel like you really like it and use it a lot, send the dude some $$. I'm sure he ain't getting rich off of it, but he's asking to get paid for it if you use it a lot.

It's better accessing it this way. Much easier and much more reliable for a start, than the old server/Java applet setup was. See you there.
