Blues Explosion played here in Stockholm tonight and I missed half the gig, because that venue can never deside what time the bands are on! And I hate waiting! Sometimes the main band hasn't been on until about three hours later than they've opened the doors, now the support band had started 15 minutes before the time stated on the ticket! Grrrrrrrr! Anywhoo I got to hear my favourite Bellbottoms, which made me grin like a Cheshire cat :D and literally with the last money I had in my purse I bought three 7" and got them signed by Russell and Judah. I remember when they played here in '96 or '97 I had all the LP's with me to the gig, but I didn't dare to go backstage.... Now the guys just turned up at the bar after the gig.

so here the story of how me and audrey met:



she is a really cool girl indeed, her personality was very bright and cheery no doubt. She came into my work with her brotha and a friend, Im lookin at clothes and she comes from behind me "excuse me sir, can you help me" I trun around and am like "AW SNAP" hella loud but it was such a plesant suprise cuz I had been door wathcing for her, but the second I took my eyes off the door she came in. Her brotha is a really really cool guy, his hip-hop knowledge of both bay,south and all hip-hop in general form the short time I hollaed at him is better then 80% of this board. Audrey put me to work though, man she did, running round the store and junk like she was on a mission, she knew were junk was better then me, but she got a jean jacket which I helped to get for her, and she even helped a brotha out, see we get a dollar for every eddie bayer card app we process, so she got me my 18th card app in my month stint there, the first and olny one for yesterday in the entire store. Some fool tried to take my credit and junk but shoot I wasnt bout to have that, you mess with my money you mess with my life


But after that lil bit me her and her two boys went to the sandwitch shop near my work, she wanted to buy my food, but shoot that not the g-mile way to let a lady pick up the tab. So she can tell you that the whole "g-mile is smooth what not" persona I got on here is legit. Thoguht she was slick when she was buying her bro/friend food she ask me what sandwithc I want, I was like nope I aint tellin ya (but to tell the truth Audrey I didnt know yet hahah) but I was short .23 cents on a 5.23 purchse, so she hooked up .23 cents when the lady looked at me like I was crazy for bustin out a check card for .23 cents.

But yep so we chopped it up a lil, and just got to talkin. Audrey, your a really cool girl indeed and thanks for coming vist me(the first board member Ive met, other then Auton who doesnt count), now lets see if more people come and vist g~mile. But yep that was my exciting sunday best dsay Ive had in a while

so here the story of how me and audrey met:



she is a really cool girl indeed, her personality was very bright and cheery no doubt. She came into my work with her brotha and a friend, Im lookin at clothes and she comes from behind me "excuse me sir, can you help me" I trun around and am like "AW SNAP" hella loud but it was such a plesant suprise cuz I had been door wathcing for her, but the second I took my eyes off the door she came in. Her brotha is a really really cool guy, his hip-hop knowledge of both bay,south and all hip-hop in general form the short time I hollaed at him is better then 80% of this board. Audrey put me to work though, man she did, running round the store and junk like she was on a mission, she knew were junk was better then me, but she got a jean jacket which I helped to get for her, and she even helped a brotha out, see we get a dollar for every eddie bayer card app we process, so she got me my 18th card app in my month stint there, the first and olny one for yesterday in the entire store. Some fool tried to take my credit and junk but shoot I wasnt bout to have that, you mess with my money you mess with my life


But after that lil bit me her and her two boys went to the sandwitch shop near my work, she wanted to buy my food, but shoot that not the g-mile way to let a lady pick up the tab. So she can tell you that the whole "g-mile is smooth what not" persona I got on here is legit. Thoguht she was slick when she was buying her bro/friend food she ask me what sandwithc I want, I was like nope I aint tellin ya (but to tell the truth Audrey I didnt know yet hahah) but I was short .23 cents on a 5.23 purchse, so she hooked up .23 cents when the lady looked at me like I was crazy for bustin out a check card for .23 cents.

But yep so we chopped it up a lil, and just got to talkin. Audrey, your a really cool girl indeed and thanks for coming vist me(the first board member Ive met, other then Auton who doesnt count), now lets see if more people come and vist g~mile. But yep that was my exciting sunday best dsay Ive had in a while

Okay, the other day was goin well. I found out that I got an awesome job with PNC Bank back in Pittsburgh. So I start moving my shit back from Philly to my new joint, but my car's transmission goes out on me on the PA Turnpike in the fucking middle of nowhere. I had to pay 140 bucks for a tow. After that, I had to drop $250 for a rental car as a deposit. And to top it off, about 15 miles down the turnpike after getting the rental, I receive a $167 speeding ticket. i don't live in america where everyone is far more racially segregated... i live in brixton, london, which is kind of like a more peaceful Watts area... and the only time i have experienced crime is at the hands of a hooded white boy who mugged me for my mobile phone last year. so now, everytime i see a hooded youth (yeah, i'm old) approach me i freeze, be he black or white. my friend and her four-year-old girl were mugged at knifepoint by a sixteen yr old girl the other week... i'm assuming she was white actually, because of the scary white trash that live around here... but i didn't ask.

the only experience i have of what it's like to be black in england is second hand. my friend told me how she would get asked to show extra ID when she was making a purchase over £50. another told me how she and her mates always got pulled over by the police for no reason other than that they were black.

first off a million pictures is quite the statement(when my photo count,not post count, isnt even over 70 or so on here about every other month or so), futhermore the whole point of this thread is to post pictures of ones self, if I decide to post alot then so be it, if I decide one or two then whatever, if you dont want to see them you can do one of two things:

1.put me on ignore which I really dont care thus the statement "who are you?" to me comes to play

2. just dont pay no attention to them
