i know this idea is similar to a street team, but how about hosting pictures of bb-stickers, cds, people in bb-t-shirts etc from different parts of the world, if possible in front of something 'recognizable' (for example in front of Maccu piccu)
a radio station here did this once (with stickers photographed all over the world) as a contest and there were pretty good entries - even though it was only Austrian's submitting

That's a cool idea, it will make people actually want to stick the stickers up instead of just keeping them :D
