I have a small bag of some lovely dried chipotle chilis that I bought to make, umm, chili. However, I am wondering if anyone has any other ideas of what I can use them in? They are somewhat more than medium-hot (7 on a 10 point scale) and they have the most wonderful smoky, friuty aroma. I keep sticking my nose in the bag just to smell them, they are so lovely! Any suggestions?
