where is the option for custom avatars

Actually, that's what I'm wondering too. The last forum I went to (That had nothing to do with Beastie Boys) had a box where users can either stick a link to their avatar images or pull it out of their own computers (depending on the limits of avatar bytes). I can't seem to find either of these in the avatar section of the User CP.

Before they updated the site, you were able to do that on this board as well. But looks like it's temporarily (I HOPE) unavialable.
