Damn good Asian marinade... works for salmon, chicken, steak, whateva...

For whatever number of servings:

Teriyaki - 3 parts
Five Spice Seasoning - about 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1/2 part
OJ - 1/2 part
Honey - 1/4 part
Hoison (plum) sauce - 1/2 part
Soy sauce - 1 part

i might even add ginger to spice it up more. my favorite homestyle asian dishes are:

stir fry *EVERYTHING, chicken, beef, tofu, veggies, this one is endless...*
yakisoba
beef n' broccoli
egg rolls
gyoza
just to name a few.........keep rockin' the recipes!!!!
