Read receipt pop up window when sending PM

Can you remove it and make it a check box?
Pop ups are annoying.

It's the way it's hardcoded, unfortunately. It's probably not worth re-coding though.

Ok then. I'll take a look and see what can be done about the way it handles it. It's not top priority stuff for me though, but I'll do what I can when I can.
