Banned on irc chat

I know this site has nothing to do with me being banned from irc.cockos.com and I am not too sure what I did to get banned. I bet it is merely my internet connection. Tried to find out the champs who run the server to contact them but alas, I can't find it. So now I am asking whoever may know, how do I contact the people to allow me to log onto irc and visit the chat to support?
