the line "in the whip i'm gonna cruise right past ya" a whip is slang for a car ("i like my whips like my chicks: topless" -Clipse), it's not a roller skating move. thats a cool reference page though, now all those obscure references make sense

A whip is also a term used in boat racing. It refers to passing someone on a corner going fast. ie. you are whipping around the corner. This might make sense as the are on the hovercraft when he says that...I think??

Whip cream is a white fluffy topping commonly squirted on pies and other desserts. Also used for doing "whip-its".

"I'm going to whip your ass" or "Oh man you whipped my ass at Defender" is common slang for hitting someone with a long leather strap. Not in the literal sense but meaning "to beat" or "to kick".
