bgirl, I used to dj alot. But havent in a while. I hate loading my equipment around, and I stopped listening to the radio about a year ago, so I dont know what the "mainstream" likes, so Im at a disadvantage. I play what I want, which is underground boom bap, b sides etc.. ya, I like some pop, like jay z and them cats. Id like to star up again, but only if I can bring records, not my equipment. bgirl, do you live in LA? Im in redondo beach

the beat is good, i like it but...it doesn't suit the lyrics coz adrock and particularly milk, shout the words quite harshly. their rhyming ain't smooth like the beat.

edit: listening to it, i like the bit where adrock says "well im earl the pearl monroe..." i guess thats one bit where the beat suits the lyrics

yeah i moved here about six months ago. los feliz. but as soon as my lease is up i'm heading for the beach :)
