Techno song with Beastie Boys sample

Back around 1991 I was listening to a lot of techno music and I remember this song that used a Beastie Boys sample but I have no clue what it was called. The sample was "all the fly skinny's, feel the beat" over and over. Has anyone else heard this (or remember it) and does anyone know where I could find it?

Is this before or after The Prodigy used the "oh my god" sample? Or are you thinking of The Prodigy maybe?

It is before the Prodigy sample. I think my friend may have it on vinyl. It was a white label so I am pretty sure it wasn't the Prodigy.
