A GREAT RECIPE
Toast your bread or don't toast your bread. Go devil may care with this thing. If you toast it you may wanna consider putting a little butter on it. Now I say butter but I always mean margarine. You'll get less heart attacks that way. Get like a cereal bowl. Open a can of tuna. Drain. On a cutting board chop pieces of celery. My Grandma made em this way. What a grandma can do with a tuna fish sandwich. Add the celery to the tuna mixture. But some mayonaisse in there. Now some people like a teaspoon some people like a tablespoon. Just put enough so you don't feel like a fat cow. Stir that puppy up. Put mixture on the bread. You can use lettuce or don't. And there's your perfect tuna sandwich!

You might want to fact-check that. There is no clear uncontested evidence (zero, nada, none) that using a butter substitute has any health benefits over butter, and may in fact be worse. All studies that have been published that indicate margarine is 'better' have been (surprise, surprise) funded by the parent companies of manufacturers of thes products. Try reading this article (http://www.drweil.com/app/cda/drw_cda.html-command=TodayQA-questionId=198991) for a starter on trans-fatty acids and why many people advocate butter over margarine, if you must use one or the other.

Your best bet, if you want to make this recipe as healthful as possible (and in all other respects it does sound quite healthy indeed, especially if you use a whole grain bread - mmm tasty!) would be to eliminate the butter/margarine altogether, and sub in some good quality olive oil instead.

This is how we do.....
Take a Kaiser Roll and take a little of the bread out of the top part.
Take your tuna mix which consists of; Tuna, Relish, Mayo, Dried Chopped Onions, Mashed Garlic, Pepper, and Salt and put that on your bread. Put a slice of mozarella cheese on that bitch. Throw it in the oven for 1 1/2 minutes. take it out. Put a lil italian dressing on it. Bite, chew, digest, excrete, and repeat the next day.
