This is my most prized possession and the most valuable item is on top of the record player. It's Bowie's Man who sold the world LP, Mercury version. I bought it back in 1973 for 25 FIM (approx US$2) and last time I checked (five years ago) it was worth 3000 SEK (approx US$350), so I think I made a pretty good deal there. :D ;)



Oh yeah and if you're wondering "What about the 7"? Well they're right behind my back, two IKEA Robin drawers filled with them (the drawers are exactly the right size for 7"s!).

Yes it is Thom Yorke, with his teddybear Andrew under his arm. I took the picture in Malmö, southern Sweden back in '94. They played in Stockholm the night before and got my records signed (the Bends had just come out) by all but Phil so I hitchhiked 600km to see them again the next night. (And of course because they were so amazing, as also their support band Drugstore!) After the gig Thom was signing some autographs and then he saw me (we'd had quite a chat the night before) and left everyone else just to come and talk to me :D

I've been buying records since the early 70's, but I didn't start collecting them until punk came along. And I was the last gal in town to get a cd-player, that's why there isn't that many of those...

If there was a fire I'd grab the B-section of my collection (and even that is two cases!).
