Bake or microwave(baking is best)

1 or 2 cans of chile in a baking pan
spread a package of philadelphia cream cheese on top
Sliced jalapenos if you think your fresh
lastly a layer of shredded cheddar or jack or both.
You should nuke the chille first for 2 minutes then spread the rest of the ingrediants and bake for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is nicely melted. Your going to need heavy duty chips for this one kids. Bon Appetite (y)

sounds sorta like the stuff we always have at parties for chips...

i think its a bean paste of some sort on the bottom, with with cream cheese on top, and usually theres are some spices mixed in and then bloack olives are the topper...good stuff...
