I did not get it, but I just returned you off of "ignore". So, it seems that you can send PM's to someone on your ignore list but you can't receive PM's from the person if they are on YOUR ignore list.

Does that make sense? It does actually because if you don't like them enough to want to read their posts then why in the hell would you want to read a PM from them?! ;)
