does anyone have the video clip of when nathaniel hornblower rushes the stage to protest against the beastie boys not winning an award? that would be so hilarious to watch, but i didn't find a previous thread about it on the boards. if anyone has a link or something, it'd be much appreciated.

hey, thanks for the link, and yeah, i searched online at like 1:00 am and found that the thing is one of the "eggs" on the works of spike jonze dvd, but it can only be accessed by dvd-rom. hope i have it.

the egg? i thought you could only access it by holding your mouse icon over the "sabotage/beastie boys" section and waiting for a little orange number to pop up next to it. this is what one website said:

1. When Side A’s menu loads, select “Commentaries and Info” [The “Commentaries & Info – Page 1 of 3” menu should appear]
2. Select “Sabotage / Beastie Boys” [This takes you to a menu for the video]
3. Put your mouse over the “Sabotage / Beastie Boys” menu header. You should see the row highlighted in white with an orange “1” next to the header. Click on it.
4. You’re treated to the stunt pulled by Beastie Boy Adam Yauch (as alter ego Nathaniel Hornblower) when Jonze lost to Jake Scott for Best Director at the 1994 MTV Video Music Awards. [3:31]

on your dvd remote push left or up(or both after each other, can't remeber exactly, its been awhile) and then you can acces it as well

Was that the year that they played sabatoge in suits? Then the stage rotated and Green Day played a song (or perhaps vice versa)? That was an awsome performance by both bands. I think that was the year they were hanging out together on Lolapalooza and Green Day lost their dressing room privileges for partying too hard. Anyone else out there heard that story?
