Could someone give this (mostly) computer illiterate kid some help on how to play the mp.4's I've downloaded from this site?

Grab Apple's QuickTime. It's free. Then right click on the files, and select to open them with QuickTime. I'll add something about this to the FAQ ASAP, too.
