it was a special program aired at 11 30 at night the day TT5B dropped. Not TRL I think it was called "To the 5 Bouroughs"

I saw what ur talking about and realized the same thing. They just liked changed the t.V.'s to say To the 5 Bouroughs instead of TRL...
