Beastie Boys seem like smart guys, been alive and kicking soon for 20 years and now they’re coming with a new record because of…haven’t a clue. First track is called Ch-check it out, should be tough with a hooked up chorus, confused beat and scratchy voices. But it sounds like a serious case of tonsillitis was given too much play room. This is really bothersome. Then they sample a few hiphop-classics and nothing seems to have changed, so don’t get surprised if you see them doing the silly robot-walk to the grocery store.
If it continues like this I might as well do the washing up.
