I've always wondered what their stance was on Israel considering their activism with the Free Tibet cause and all that. It's weird though. People whose stance I normally find myself aligned with(i personally am Anti-Occupation, and I pray for a two-state or integrated solution within my lifetime) tend to do a complete 180 when it comes to Israel. Unfortunately for some reason, being Anti-Occupation and against Israel's current policies is viewed as being anti-Semitic which is just retarded. That's like saying not agreeing with Africa's policies is being racist against blacks. It's really sad to hear politicians who are *so scared* of seeming anti-Semitic and going against what is a very powerful Jewish lobby in this country. It's unfortunate too, because it's one of the main reasons "they"(aka Arabs) hate us. They don't hate our freedoms, they hate our support and our subsidizing the apartheid-ization of the Palestinian people. They hate the fact that every UN resolution against Israel that is unanimous is vetoed by the US. They hate that when the world court(the world court for chrisakes) condemns Israeli policy, that we brush it aside as "unhelpful" to the situation. I mean PLEASE. Ahem..anyways..sorry [/soapbox].

So yeah :) anyone ever heard them speaking about Israel? That's a very fundamental issue for me when it comes to fairness in the world(as the rant above can attest to)

You know, not all Israelis are up for that! Just like the US who's currently occupide by Bush, Israel is currently Occupide by Sharon! My family didn't vote for him and I'm against everything that is going on in the occupide areas. It's like saying that all US wanted to go in Iraq! But that will not be the truth, right? So why do you say performe against all Israelis???If for any reason, I want them to come for the same reason they came last time, To promote the peace offer that was back at the time, when in the head of the goverment was (instead of a bribe taking idiot) Itzhak Rabin (Bless his soul), and acctually, my family DID vote for him.
