Sorry if this has already come up 10000000 times before.

So, best album by the Beasties is undecided, right? How about the best individual song? Although PB is my fave album, my vote for best song is to So What'cha Want.

Anyone else?

Open Letter to NYC is funky, it's got a nice beat and you can bug out to it.
It puts the Ice in nice.

I count Car Thief and What Comes Around as one song, and in that case, it's tied for first with B-Boy Bouillabaisse. So technically I've just covered 11 songs as "the best song" - and that's about the best I can do.

How can we narrow it down? This is a tough & thought provoking thread. The B-Boy's have more rhymes than Picasso's got paint.
I will stick with "The new Style" just to respond to the question.

How about Girls, i was listening 2 that 2day, n i remember why i used to jam with them all the time... this verse is mad.. how it ends the same as start (lb) ...

Back in the day
There was this girl around the way
She liked by home-piece M.C.A.
He said he would not give her play
I asked him, "Please?" - he said, "You may."
Her pants were tight and that's ok
If she would dance - I would D.J.
We took a walk down to the bay

I hope she'll say, "Hey me and you should hit the hay!"
I asked her out - she said, "No way!"
So I broke North with no delay
I heard she moved real far away
That was two years ago this May
I seen her just the other day
Jockin' Mike D. to my dismay (y)

...what do you reckon... Mike D must av been gettin all the hotties...

n also paul revere has got to one of the best rhymes stories... eva.. (y)

The best incorporation of instruments and rap of all time.
All this other fony rock/wrap wishes they had a song like.

My favorite is Bodhisattva Vow

this is because Yauch basically explains the path of
the Bodhisattva. Which, to me, is both fascinating and enlightening.
to think that someone could create a song about the path, with the little
time he researched it, that is amazin'!!!!!

To yauch.....I salute!!!!!
what can i say... He is my role model.
But before he is my role model... i wish for his happiness

Good choice klepto - always thought sounds of science should be longer, I do like Pauls Boutique but i dont think it gets any better after "to all the girls" and "shake your rump"

And another thing about FFYR is that it has got one of the best introductions EVER. And the video is funny.
