Just go to any store (supermarket, bookstore etc.) that sells magazines and you should be able to find it. It's a pretty popular magazine.

I'm not sure of which countries the magazine is sold at, but I'd imagine they would have it where you are.

I saw XXL at my international presscenter today, but it was called XXL International (maybe they're called like that outside US). It didn't have a single word about Beastie Boys, just so much bling bling and sex made me nauseous. Maybe the Beasties are in the next issue that comes out over here (so it means at least two weeks wait).
