How many albums hve been sold thus far?

Does anyone know how many albums have been sold? The album is awesome and I can't understand why it isn't selling like the previous HN. Is this typical until Videos come out and the touring begins. The album was hyped on MTV big time. Perhaps 6 years is too long between albums????

Well the first week, they sold 360,000.
The sophmore week saw 143,000
The third week, they sold 96,000
And last week, 67,000

Total: 666,000 copies sold.


Why compared to previous standards is this so low?

Long layoff. No chart destroying song like Sabotage or Intergalatic. Fans have gotten old, and stopped buying records.

Once they start their tour, the album will pick up sales again and go platinum. Not the megasmash Capitol would have been dreaming of... but a million copies sold is still a million records sold.
