good diluted into stirfries (especially ones with coconut milk and fresh basil)
over any veggies
or smeared onto meats

I prefer the red curries myself

but the yellow and greens are quite nice too

just so convenient because instead of adding like 5 different spices to get the same taste its all ready packaged in its nice little jar

i've only ever tried hot red curry paste from this thai place across the street from where i work. just a teensy bit dabbled over my veggie pad thai w/ fresh tofu and i am crying like a baby.

I think its way different from an east indian curry flavour

i enjoy curry in any form...indian or thai...

i prefer the hot red stuff best
