ok
first, super thin sliced skirt steak
cheeze-wiz* instant cheese
swiss cheese
bell peppers green and red
yellow onion
sliced mushrooms
french bread

ok now the best way is with a large open griddle, but if you don't have one, a large iron skillet will suffice.
heat to a good high heat.
add a little oil to keep everything from sticking. now julliane[sic](look it up) the peppers and onions and mix with the sliced mushrooms and toss onto griddle. fold often, letting everything carmelize and just before it starts to brown, add the thinly sliced skirt steak.
the meat shouldn't take long at all to cook, but contiue to fold often to let everything mix well.
if you want to speed things up add a small bit of water to the griddle to help cook faster.
when everything starts to brown portion into servings about the length and width of your bread, then place the sliced cheese on top and a little bit of the easy cheese on top and let melt.
slice bread lenghtwise so it can open up, now take a long spatuala and get under the portion and place right into the bread.

viola

thanks a million for these very detailled informations

iīm working on it rigth now!

hereīs how to cook les crepes bretonnes, some kind of french pancakes very popular over here:

for 2 personn you need:

1/2 liter of milk
400 grammes of flour
130 grammes of melted butter
3 eggs
a (very)little bit of salt
80 grammes sugar

now you can choose to add 25 cl of beers(please no bud or coors, try heineken!)
i usually add lemon peel instead of it or vanilla flower to get it more tasty.

once you got your preparation, you just make really really thin pancake with a fryin pan.
itīs got to be almost the size of a vinyl lp.
fry it 2,3 mn on each side.

now you can add any jam, melted chocolate(i recommand nutella),melted fruits, anything you like.

you can also make it salted.itīs the same recipe but donīt add sugar.taste great with beers, cheese and sausage.

hope youīll like it!
take care!

**takes a moment to contemplate what the French reaction to the phrase 'cheeze wiz instant cheese' might be***

No I'm not a football person. But you can see Arsenal stadium from my roof so I can hear the roar of the crowd.

I think the bagel place you are thinking of is called Brick Lane Beigel Bake. It is quite famous.
