CHEAP COLOGNE - CHECK IT OUT (OLD SCHOOL REMIX)

I sat down today and made a remix.. hope you like it.

I used an old Roland TR-808 kit for the drums and decided to use a bunch of samples from video games I played back in the day...

(Pacman, Super Mario Brothers, Frogger, Joust, Sonic The Hedgehog, Donkey Kong and Zelda)

I added a Star Trek sample at the beginning and Edith and Archie cameo'd at the "Those Were The Days" part... :eek:

I also chopped the 2 accapellas together to gid rid of the "Just Blaze" shouts... ;)

Now this is what a call "A blast from the Past!" Ah, this remix brings me back over 10 years where I sat around playing nothing but videogames. They surely don't make games like those anymore. This remix is pretty deep, guessing the samples and rocking this joint in a old school way at the same time, nice job (y)

Hi just to let you know that I thought that this remix was wicked.

nicely structured and nice drum patterns, the only thing I did not dig was the main videogame melody a little bit too quiet for my taste, apart from that wicked. (y)
