Man, if you thought that sucked... then I'm with you.

I decided to give it another crack. First, I redid everything after the "Don't You Want Me" chorus, then once I was done, I also altered everything before it. Thus, that's the only part that remained intact.

New samples used this time:

Beastie Boys- We got the
Led Zeppelin- Since I've been loving you
The Clash- Version City
Led Zeppelin- Hats off To (Roy) Harper
Depeche Mode- New Life
Led Zeppelin- Immigrant Song
Beastie Boys- Girls
Beastie Boys- Shake Your Rump
Guns N' Roses- Don't Cry
Beastie Boys- Groove Holmes
Poison- Want Some, Need Some
Beastie Boys- Brass Monkey
Duran Duran-New Religion
Rolling Stones- 19th Nervous Breakdown
Rolling Stones- You can't always get what you want
Led Zeppelin- In the light
Beastie Boys- Dropping Names
New Order- Kiss of Death
Led Zeppelin- Black Dog

Personally, the other track is messier, but this one has more flaws, mostly weird sounds at the "Mike D!" part, and the Zeppelin synth is far too difficult to hear, making the listener think he's stuck with an acapella.

Still, be a chap and download it. Saddam would do it. Won't you?

I am trully the worst heathen to ever digitally super-impose sounds.

Is it weird to anybody else the amount of people that produce tracks that are off tempo with themselves? It just seems like such an obvious problem, but that may be because I've already gone through the trial-and-error process and came out successful. Anyway, I'm not at all trying to be mean, Spanishbomb808, but would you mind telling us what you use to make your tracks so that one of us could help you figure out how to get your acapella on time with your beat (assuming you don't already know how)? By the way, I thought you had some nice samples in there, so there's absolutely nothing to get discouraged about.

No dude. He did it on purpose. Read his post, as well as the other ones he's posted.

Meet my main "tool": Goldwave.

I don't have the slightest idea what it's supposed to do, but as you've heard, it can be used to make delightfully off-beat items.

That, and it's free (sorta).

In addition, I have a lil' drum machine program. I think I only used a lil loop somewhere on this track. It has a lot of potential, but then again, I have no rhythym:

Hammerhead: http://www.threechords.com/hammerhead/introduction.shtml

Anyhoo, as you can tell, I like splashing lots of stuff on a track. Clunky at times? Sure. Amusing to hear? In my humble opinion... yeah.

Wrong.

Anyways Spanishbomb, I use hammerhead sometimes too (but you can really only bring forth its full potential if you sample drums and save them as .raw's to import them) but I don't really know anything about Goldwave. Assuming you didn't pay for it and just have the demo version, why don't you just go to a torrent site and download Acid and Soundforge (and FL Studio too if you want, but it's not something that I've had much experience with)? That's what pretty much everybody else on here did anyway.

I enjoy how when the money started coming they decided naming a program Fruity just wasn't that great of an idea.
