OK I know I've not been posting many recipes of late - but I am off to Barcelona and the Costa Brava for 2 weeks, and I am sure I will eat many many yummy things. Although it is Spain, we'll be up near where the Iberian peninsula meets France, so the regional cooking is a blend of both. When I come back I am going to tell you all about it and bring back many delicious recipes to share. OK?
