Not sure if any of you guys were at the show last night, but there was a live DJ spinning inbetween sets. From what I could tell, he likes to mix rock/metal/old music with hip-hop beats. I really liked him alot. I noticed he was spinning and mixing alot of the b-boys songs. But one mix really caught my eye (or ear I should say).. He was using the instrumental from the band "helmet", song "...in the meantime" with the lyrics of "pass the mic".. It totally got me going.. it was freaking sweet.

I really wanted to pick up his cd, but didn't get a chance to get over to the booth to get it.. so I went over to his website

http://www.djztrip.com

.. and checked out the msg board just to get more info and possibly where I could pick up his cd. I posted msg asking and he (himself) responded.. He tries to post everyday about the on-goings of the tour and what not..

Anyways.. I have gone on long enough.. Just thought some of you might be interested.. Oh yeah.. on his site.. you can listen to some tracks he mixed..

**edit** I hope I have this topic in the right section, if I don't maybe an admin could move it or something
