I have gotten all the rest and for some reason didnt receive this one. Admins can you help?

Moved: Post in the right forum, that'll help you get our attention a little quicker. This isn't where we look out for this stuff.

There have been some delays with the latest newsletter (given problems with Capitol's email server).
