This is the first remix I've ever even attempted. I made it in about 30 minutes at my house on my computer (duh). You have to scroll down to get it, it's not the best, but I tried. Just click the link and and then click where it says the title on the webpage. It should play in the background. If anyone knows a free site I can host songs that is easier to use, please tell me.

That high frequency pulse is kind of cool, though it gets extremely old fast. The drum track is pretty ecclectic, but creative. Changing up the beat and adding additional dimensions would keep it a little more exciting. But for a first remix in 30 min. it wasn't bad at all. (y)

Yeah not bad man, digging the vocal "yeah" bit mixed into the beat.
The high frequencies in the hats and stuff is ear sizzling a bit too much for me.... but this is a very nice first attempt. Keep it up (y) Like the extra beat droppin on the chorus too.

Welcome on Board

Not bad for a first remix, its on tempo which is a big plus. Though I'm not the biggest fan of the beat, it seems like I lose interest half way through. Thats my personal opinion about it, but I gotta say you got the basics down on the first mix which is rare for a beginner. At least you are ready to go further into remixing. (y)

For first Your remix it's very good homework! :) Good beat, good mix...only You could to use another additional samples for Your remix and only in that case You 'll get full success...
But For Your first job: 4,5 from 5

Are you guys serious? And can someone explain to me, why do the Beastie Boys change tempos in songs. It is very frustrating getting a beat down, and having the wrong tempo for half of it.

That beat is pretty hot. The breakdowns are cool. I'd like to hear this with a phat bassline and some crazy edits. Change it up a little bit know what I mean?
