Users with 0 posts n shit

I was looking at the list of usernames--Why are there so many users with 0 posts? Inactivle accounts aren't deleted?

Mmmmm...
Having 0 posts doesn't necerally mean that those people don't visit the site or don't read the threads or anything... They just don't want to give their opinion, or maybe they just don't have time to do it... Who knows? Who cares?
