AWWWWWWWWW Yeah. I got some tickets 4 the Philly show. I didn't find out about the show until the second day they went on sale. I thought they would've sold out right away. Needless to say I had to change my panties when I realized there was good seats available. Sooooooooo....are U goin??? Yeah. U.

u bet ur ass i'm going to the philly show! me and five of my good friends who love the beastie boys as much as i do. this willl be my second time seeing adrock, mike d and mca live. the first time i saw them was at the Y100 fez and they put on a great show. i went with my bro who was mainly there to see cypress hill and this girl who's a mutual friend of my bro's and myself who is a strokes groupie. now i was also at the fez so i could see the strokes, the darkness and cypress hill because i had chances to see all three of them live in concert but shit came up and tickets were sold out and what r u gonna do? but the beastie boys were the main act i wanted to see. i tried to sleep on the lawn when burning brides, new found glory and hoobastank were on stage. i hate NFG, their lyrics were lame and the lead singer who's a big guy sings like a bitch. I loath pop music even though there were some hot chicks who came to see NFG but i was not going to succumb to their good looks to tolerate their crappy music. Beastie Boys were the only set that got to do an encore performance. it was glorious. they performed root down, sure shot, skills to pay the bills, three mcs and one dj, body movin, super disco breakin, brass monkey, time to get ill, pass the mic, right right now now now, triple trouble and ch-check it out for there last number. then when the stage was empty and me and the whole crowd were demanding more, even though adrock said earlier "we can only do this song list and that's it" mixmaster mike came back out, scratched tested a little and then started playing intergalactic and then they came back just as it was time for mike d to start his rhyme and then concluded with so whatchya want then they were done. beffore they were finished, adrock said, "and george w. can kiss my ass!" earlier in the show, someone had their camera phone out and mike d said, "ok everyone, if u have a camera phone, get it out now and lets get this shit out of the way," they posed as an army of camera phones popped out. i know the philly show will be awesome and i go to Temple U. for film media and theater and i know a shit load of students love the Beastie Boys. I hope they are bringing their instruments because i wuld love to here sabotage, time for livin, tough guy, gratitude, song for the man, something's got to give and more of their punk and jazz and funk songs along with their hip hop numbers.

I was at the Y100 show. And yes it was FABULOSO. We had seats on the lawn. But when the Beasties came on, I hopped the wall and got a little closer. It was soooo awesome. That was the first time I've seen them perform BRASS MONKEY. That was HOTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!

This will be the 4th time. I caught the Y-100 Feztival mini-set.
Waay back in the caveman days (1992 or so) I caught a couple
dates of the Check Your Head tour. (y)

Yeah, I would have to say that check your head tour was one of the best concerts I had ever been to. But BFD was the closest I had ever been to the stage for em.
