nope, it's much different than a sporting event. it's on the tickets "NO AUDIO/VIDEO/CAMERA". you can use the camera on your cell phone, but those kinda suck anyway.

It always states on the tickets that you can't take camera's etc, the same as NO bottles or cans........but I take mine, and so do thousands of others too!!!.....BUT...it may have changed!!!

yeah, it depends on the venue too. out here in LA, they frisk you like crazy, so i don't even bother. at your own risk i guess, but we've all seen people get kicked out for bringing stuff in. you gotta be sneaky.

I went to see Green Day a couple years ago and they searched everyone that entered. They emptied purses, frisked people, etc.

when i saw the Beasties in May they had my phone off me too at the door...

The reason we all had our photo phones taken off us was because it was an EXCLUSIVE event!!! at the ICA!!! I can understand that!!
