1 package of your favorite chocolate cake mix

1 small package chocolate instant pudding mix

4 eggs

3/4 C. oil

1/2 C. Kahlua

1 (16 oz.) container sour cream

1 (12 oz.) package semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together leaving the choclate chips for the end. Gently add the chips to the batter. Pour into a well-greased, floured (or sprayed) bundt pan. Bake 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

Cool.

Invert to remove.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.

It's one of those recipes that work well for those little miniature cake pans, except you have to adjust the baking time for those since there is less surface area to cook.

I made a bunch of mini rose shaped cakes for the teachers at my daughter summer school. It kicked ass...just lots of work.

Oooh, awesome. I think I'll just use the traditional bundt cake pan for now, just so I can get a feel for the recipe and see how I can adjust the temperature later on. So excited! Gotta get some Kahlua tonight. (lb)
