Are there any music editing tools that can remove lyrics and certains elements from songs? thanks.

Providing you got the normal version and the instrumental version of that tr, vocals can be removed by using the phase inversion technique: open both files in your sound editor, inverse the instrumental, mix it in the normal track and there you've got your acapella.
It may take some practise, but you can get a clean pella this way.

Other elements can be EQd away.

Well just about any wave editing program should do the job, I don't think loop based software has those features as they are mainly used to align beats.
