And Eggman AND High Plains Drifter were both requests from fans. HPD was the highlight for me :D

I just got back and will side with the rest when saying it was simply an awesome show. I hope the one tomorrow in Long Beach is half that good. I was one of the lucky early ones who got asked on camera what songs they wanted to hear prior to the show. Between songs they had a little medly of the interviews spliced together on the large monitor over the stage so I got to see myself for a couple seconds doing my request right before the boys came back and did Egg Man, which was one of the songs I requested! So if anyone who was there and gives a shit, I was the one who was only shown saying "Egg Man and Car Thief" since they chopped off most of the other nonsense I said haha. The clip of me was extremely short and some other guy asked for Egg Man too though. I will list as many songs as I can while it is still pretty fresh in my mind though I will forget a bunch I'm sure and I apologize. Feel free to help me out anyone. Anyway these are definitely out of order but...

Root Down
Sure Shot
Right Right Now Now
Egg Man
Brass Monkey
Ch-Check It Out
Sabrosa (so yes folks they busted out the instruments! they left the stage after the first few hip hop songs and then emerged on some sort of float looking thing that circled from the rear of the stage in a half circle until facing front...it had some really large light bulb strings in sort of a tent frame formation over the beastie boys who were now dressed in blue?/gray? suits with bowties. in other words it looked funny and completely beastie)

Something's Got To Give (complete with vocoder and all)
An Open Letter To NYC
Super Disco Breakin'
Time To Get Ill
Shake Your Rump
Intergalactic (Encore...by the way during the break in the song mix master went off amazingly and then the boys disappeared back stage only to emerge like 20 feet away from where my friend and I were sitting up in the right corner of the Menzanine...it was insane. anyway they finished out the song there and then disappeared again.)

this time most people started leaving but then sure enough they were back on stage again doing another instrumental and at the moment i forget which one sorry. after that one they finished the night for real this time with Sabotage!

By the way allow me to apologize again for my set list which is severely lacking and out of order. To wrap things up; this is the third time I've seen them. I saw them in 98 at the Great Western Forum and at the Coachella Valley Festival in 03 and I gotta say this show tonight blew those two away. Amazing show! I don't know what else to say. I'm seeing the Long Beach show tomorrow so I'll let you all know how that is.

(y) F*ckin* AmaZiNg Show Last Night! (y) The house was a 'rockin'! No real sound problems last night like at the San Diego show and the crowd was pickin' up everything the boys were throwin' down! Wow! I'm still trying to absorb it! :D

Talib's set was off the charts! There were guest appearances by Common Sense, Mos Def and DJ Quik!!!!! Complete with a little break dancin'.

The best part was the interviews before the show that are mentioned earlier. By the way, thank you so so so so much for requesting Eggman! I almost lost it! And High Plains Drifter!!!!! UGH!!!! So goooood it hurt! That whole request thing really gave props to the fans! Not to mention the encore in the mezzanine! I was right along the aisle at the side where they ran up there when the lights were out! I was like.. whoa, did I just see a Beastie!??? WOOT!!! I was happy to hear All Lifestyles, and the final encore just made me CrAzY again (same as SD) with Gratitude and Sabotage!

OK, now I've got to get to work here... so I can bust out early for tonight's show at Long Beach! Damn, hope I get there early enough! Oh 405 please be good to me....

what was the complete setlist?

I've been looking over the setlist for this year's tour. What's the deal with only playing 23-24 songs? When I saw them during the Ill communication and Hello Nasy tour, they were doing 30-34 song sets. A solid 2 hours. I'm hoping that with no announced opening act for the East Coast shows, they'll play a longer set.

I'm gonna get there early too, I live less than 2 blocks from Key arena. I'll bring beer, you bring snacks. That way, we can rush to the front when they open the doors and we won't have to leave to get anything. Except maybe to pee. Second thought, strike that beer.

It's a shame I won't be able to get to the Vancouver show until 4 at the earliest, I want to request and get up to the front. Someone here said that at the SD show she got there right before the doors openned and made it to the front, so hopefully I'll have the same luck.

Is the missing instrumental track from the setlist "IN 3'S"?
I wasnt at the show or anything, its just that they played the following 3x tracks two days before in San Diego:

12. Sabrosa
13. In 3's
14. Something's Got To Give

I was at the show as well. Amazing! No other way to describe it.

Anybody have any photos or know if anybody recorded?

I didn't get my camera inside, but here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/thepipes/438435/) is a photo of the sign for anyone interested.

Another great highlight was how they started this show, the video screen came on and a Universal Studios Tour tram bus pulls up and Mix Master Mike gets off the it while the camera follows him into the arena to start the show. It was classic.
