What's the Tweeter Center like? I've never been there.

It can't be at the Tweeter - it'll be too cold outside!!! Tweeter is outdoors - it's done for the season.

It will probably be at the United Center 11/4 or the Allstate Arena on Halloween. I checked their schedules and it is very tight around then, with the Circus, Bulls, Blackhawks and other concerts.
