View Full Version : The Beastie Boys concert in Seattle was fucking AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well,
first off it was my FIRST concert, EVER. In 19 years, LOL. Now I sure as hell don't remember all the songs they played and don't remember them in order. I'll tell what I do know tho... it's 1:38am right now and I'm half asleep so bare with me. I got to the Key Arena about an hour before the Beastie Boys came on. I saw the guys who opened for them... pretty good little rap group. Until some white ganster wigger fag went out there like an Eminem wannabe and was TERRIBLE at singing. So once his fat ass got off the stage then the black rappers were cool to watch. A fight broke out in the first row and the singer was like "That fight has to stop or else me and the Beastie Boys aren't going to be playing. So you guys need to stop right now. Security get in there and do your job and get these assholes out" and everybody started cheering and clapping. So I just about fell asleep listening to them because they were moron's.
So after I heard them finish it was about a 30 minute intermission which sucked.
Then after a while on the big screen it showed Mix Master Mike getting a hot dog and he was walking down the steps and was like "What's up, Seattle?!?!" and kept putting his hand to his ear... ya know.. the Hulk Hogan taunt? lol. Then as he was walking down he passed Mike D, AdRock, and MCA. Everybody was FREAKING OUT!!! I told the girl next to me I was like "I only came here to hear So Whatcha Want. That's ALL I want to hear!" and then Mix Master Mike came out to a HUGE ovation!! he put the record on and he didn't scratch or anything he just got right to it. It was just like "We gon get on down now!!" and then some awesome music started playing and he started scratching for a minute. Then Michael Buffer came on and was like "LETS GET READY TO RUMBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" and then Mike is like "I can't hear you Seattle... are you ready?!" and it's like "Mike D, The King AdRock, and MCA" and then it's like "Beastie Boys, Ba Ba Beastie Boys, Beastie Boys, Ba Ba Beastie Boys!" and then he played some music and it's like "IF YOU... IF YOU... WANNA KNOW... WANNA KNOW... A REAL DEAL, ABOUT THE 3!!" and the Beastie Boys went out there wearing a green and yellow jumpsuit (color's of the Seattle Sonics) so I'm sure that's why they wore it! :D and Triple Trouble was AMAZING!! EVERYBODY was smoking weed. Shit I got high just off of the fumes. Once Triple Trouble was over... now these songs aren't in order, but I'm going to do the damn best I can... once that was over they played Sure Shot. AMAZING!!! MCA sure does look older in person. AdRock sure as hell doesn't look 37. He looks in his 20's. MCA looked like he was just drunk off his ass and out of it. Poor guy looked SO tired. I'm sure traveling so much has gotta be hard when your 40 years old. Oh well, MCA still can turn it on and entertain because he sure as hell did and his voice is AMAZING!! I'll just get to the good part and tell you the songs they played (NOT) in order... Paul Revere, High Plains Drifter, Eggman (which EVERYBODY freaked out about), Gratitude, Futterman's Rule, Root Down, Sabrosa, Super Disco Breakin, Body Movin, All Lifestyles, Right Right Now Now (one of my favorites), Hey Ladies (another GREAT one). Then MCA got all the way on the right side, Mike D got in the middle, and AdRock got on the left side (my side) so great because AdRock is my favorite. Then each one of them said "When we say "What's the time?" you say "IT'S TIME TO GET ILL!!" I think MCA's side was the loudest. AdRock's side was pretty loud too. The highlight of the night just had to be AdRock dancing. That got me laughing so hard. AdRock is the man and so hilarious. His dancing just kills me. He gets so excited and hyped up and looks like he has SO much fun. I LOVE watching AdRock, he's the man. One of the highlights of the night was when the Beastie's let the crowed sing. When AdRock was like... "Now here's a little story I've got to tell..." and then he put the microphone to the crowed and just let the crowed sing the rest. Simply AMAZING!! Shake Your Rump (That got EVERYBODY dancing)... but once the beat came on and was like "DUN DUN.. DUN DUN DUN... DUN... DUN... DUN... DUN DUN DUN..." EVERYBODY was screaming at the top of their lungs "BRASS MONKEY!!! THAT FUNKY MONKEY!! BRASS MONKEY CHUNKY THAT FUNKY MONKEY!!!!!!!!!!" EVERYBODY got REALLY REALLY REALLY into that song. Open Letter to NYC was another GREAT song and sounded amazing live!! that's one of my favorite songs. Then they sang Ch-Check It Out. I think MCA got really tired because he sat down to sing his verse. Like I said MCA was REALLY out of it. But that's such a great song and I love it. It sounded fucking amazing!! Then the Beastie Boys went away for about 5 minutes and then these people brought out this stage that was all lit up and it had AdRock & Mike D on the guitar and MCA on the drums. They played for about 20 minutes. Didn't sing, just played. Damn they aer good!!! Then they sang 3 MC's and one DJ. I was thinking to myself "Holy shit... the ALWAYS sing this song when the show ends!!!" I was like "I didn't even hear So Whatcha Want!! :(" and after that song they were just like "Alright... one more song..." and everybody boo'd of course. I was hoping it'd be So Whatcha Want, because that's ALL I wanted to hear. AdRock, Mike D, and MCA were all talking to eachother and then AdRock gets on the micraphone and is like.. "SO WHAT SO WHAT SO WHATCHA WANT, WHATCHA WANT!! SO WHAT SO WHAT SO WHATCH WANT, WHATCHA WANT!!! So just plug me in just like I was Eddie Harris, you're eatin fuckin cheese like ya'll think I'm from Paris. you know I get high, you think I get fly, you know that I'm gone so Michael tell them all way" (I love how they rearange the lyrics) and once that song came on I sang that song at the top of my lungs and once I heard it I damn near fell over the seats in front of me because I got so excited. If I had to pee, I woulda pissed my pants. Damn once that song was over, I was screaming like a 12 year old school girl. Once that song was over they were like "Thank you for coming out tonight. Take care" and went off stage. Alot of people were leaving and I was like "HAHA you fucking idiot's they are going to come back" so people just stayed out there screaming and clapping. Then Mix Master Mike came on and all of a sudden you hear... "INTERGALACTIC PLANATARIE, INTERGALACTIC!!" and EVERYBODY freaked the fuck out!! and the Beastie Boys had this little stage in the middle of the Key Arena that they somehow ended up on without anybody noticing. Then they sang Intergalactic which was fucking AWESOME!!! god damn I was so close to them. When they were running backstage, I touched AdRock's arm and MCA high fived me and I touched Mike D's arm, lol. So after that song was over they ran backstage and then more people left. The lights still didn't come on so I was like "God damn you people are loser's. There is going to be another song" So while the Beastie's were backstage a HUGE "Beastie Boys, Beastie Boys, Beastie Boys, Beastie Boys" chant broke out... so it took a while, and then all of a sudden the staged turned around and the Beastie Boys were standing there with instruments and they played for a few minutes and then AdRock was like "Okay... I dedacate this song to George Bush" so I was like "What the fuck?" and he's like "The song is Sabatoge..." and once he said that that song got by far the LOUDEST ovation of the night!!! and they sounded SOOO awesome singing it!!! omg it was SO GREAT!!!!! EVERYBODY on the floor was just jumping up and down through the whole song, FREAKING OUT!!! it was AMAZING!! I've NEVER seen ANYBODY go that nuts over a song before!! it was GREAT!!! then after the song they were just like "Thank you Seattle!!" and went off stage.

There isn't much to tell. They changed their outfit to a red shirt and blue jeans... umm... Mix Master got to scratch for a while which was off the hook! that guy is fucking NUTS!!! I couldn't believe it!!! AdRock asked if we are going to vote for Bush and EVERYBODY boo'd the shit out of that useless cock sucker!! FUCK GEORGE BUSH!!! they played some hilarious video on the screen of Bush well a fake Bush saying how he has done so terrible in office and everything. Then it showed AdRock & Mike D outside of the Key Arena wearing glasses and wigs dressed up in discuise and going and talking to people and requesting their own songs... LMFAO!!! one of the funniest things I've seen all night. LOL!!! they looked so hilarious. I was dieing!!
Overall what a GREAT show for a first time going to a concert. Damn my ears are still ringing. They sure ahd the bass loud in the Key Arena.
I heard that they have had trouble with the microphone's like hearing and stuff like they kept cutting out in the San Diego show.. well we got lucky becuase we had NO problems what so ever!! it was GREAT!! and the Beastie's were great. I hope to god they do another CD next year or so so they can tour again and I can go and see them again!!
It was cool AdRock was like "Scream if your from Seattle... scream if your from Tacoma... scream if your from Oregon... scream if your from Canada... scream if your from the Bronx... (a few screamed) and he's like scream if you're from Chicago... and AdRock is like "One guy... my man right there" LOL!! and after they sang Triple Trouble AdRock was like "Mike look... it's Paris Hilton" and pointed up to the left side, LMFAO!! I was dieing at that. They joked around alot and AdRock REALLY got into the show. Dancing the whole time and just having fun. He buzzed his head so he looks ALOT younger and WAY better. He looks like the man... well he's always been the man but he looks amazing now!! god damn I worship the Beastie Boys. The concert was exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes. What a GREAT show!! I had GREAT seats and were REALLY close. It was such a blast. I suggest EVERYBODY going to a Beastie Boys concert if you havn't gone... they are fucking AWESOME live!!
Anyways I rate the show on a scale of 1/10 diffently a 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 000/10!!! BEST SHOW EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LONG LIVE THE BEASTIE BOYS AND THEIR NEXT CD!!!!!!!!!!!
AND WHY THE FUCK AREN'T THEY SINGING "Fight For Your Right" at their shows!??!? that's their most popular song and what got them famous!!!
also... VOTE JOHN KERRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THANK YOU Mike D, AdRock, MCA, and Mix Master you guys fucking rule and have made my dream come true to see you guys live. I have waited 19 years to see you guys and it's finally happened... THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The only dissapointment was is they didn't play Skills To Pay The Bills or Pass The Mic! :( Oh well!! show WELL WORTH IT!!!

Incredible show I must say. I can't believe you don't know who played Bush in those ads. It was Will Ferrel.

Their red shirts kicked ass; they all had their favorite games printed on the front. I loved adrock's Scrabble shirt; those guys were hysterical.
As for the "Fight For Your Right" issue, they don't do that song anymore. It was ment as a joke, and those don't tend to remain funny after 18 years. They feel that the song has been done (and overdone), and I tend to agree.
Also, they didn't play "Hey Ladies," but they did do "Shake Your Rump" if that's what you're thinking of.
Of course I agree that it was the best show that I have been to, sorry best pageant. I can't wait to see them again in Vancouver!
They rocked!

I'm sorry, LOL. It's just 2 in the morning and I just got home from the concert and I was just to excited and too tired to even care about paragraphs or making it perfect (correcting the spelling, etc) so I'm sorry, lol.

I couldn't read the Beastie Boys shirts... AdRocks said Scrabble!?!? LMAO!! I know they went out there and asked the crowed to tell them their favorite game, LOL!!! what did Mike D and MCA's shirt say??

The opening act was Talib Kweli (a solo artist, but he had some friends out for a few songs). He did not threaten that the Beasties would not come on. He simply told the guy who was fighting to solve his problems like an adult and that there is no fighting at a Talib Kweli/Beastie Boys show. He also said that security should be doing their jobs and making sure that people aren't acting like assholes. Then he just started his (final) song over. He wasn't threatening anyone, he just wanted it to be a safe environment.
Goodnight!

The two guys that were causing the problem were right behind me. One guy who was high out of his freakin' mind was wearing a B-Boys bumper sticker on his head and would push people intentionally then say "What the fuck's your problem?" in a really slurred voice. The other dude was about to kick his ass before security broke it up. All in all, the best concert I've ever been to. And that white dude that came out in the opening act is the neanderthal man, I swear to god. I tried to be in to them, but after about 10 minutes, I was just like, this isn't what I came to see, bring the Boys out. And when they came out, waiting in line and waiting all that time was worth it to be in the 2nd row. Kicked fuckin' ass.

Why do these morons keep expecting that song? Have the been following this band at all, or are they just going to the show because they listened to LTI a couple times?

I hadn't seen the B-Boys since the Check Your Head tour back in '92. Did they lose their edge or slow down any? Hell no!!! 12 Years later they kick more ass than ever!! 2 hours of fun and grooves.....that version of "Something's Got To Give" blew me away. Well planned set it was, hitting a little something from each album. For those in cities that haven't been reached yet....you are so gonna have a blast.

The Beastie Boys Concert in San Francisco on 09/17/04 FUCKING ROCKED!!!!!!!!! It was great from beginning to end!! I'm soooooo glad they're back doing their thing. They should tour more often (new CD or not) because they are AMAZING!! I was sooo stoked that they played "Shake Your Rump" and "Paul Revere". It's refreshing to have them back. I'd longed for the days of the Beasties to help usher up that crap we've had to listen to for the past few yeas i.e. that damn Eminem. He doesn't even compare. The Beastie Boys are all about having fun. I LOVE THEM AND HOPE THEY KEEP ON DOIN' IT!! LONG LIVE ADROCK, MIKE D AND MCA!!!!

I think MCA got really tired because he sat down to sing his verse. Like I said MCA was REALLY out of it.
I was in front of the stage, on the side where MCA wound up most of the show and he did not seem tired to me, each time he came back he was sprinting. Most performers will take a break and relax on stage for a second while they are performing. MCA was far from out of it. Atleast that is what I saw.

Yeah, awesome show. I posted my thoughts in one of the other Seattle show threads.
I will agree, however, that MCA seemed a little less energetic than the other 2. That's cool, though. Touring is hard on a body. Also, I think he was holding back a little because he was worried about the crowd.

I couldn't hear shit from where I was. I was dead center on the barricade, I think the speakers went right past us and all I could hear was the monitor mix. What did Bush/Will Farrell say? What was the mattress salesman thing? I was the one wearing a t-shirt that said Everyone Loves A Catholic Girl.

i couldn't hear very well either i know he was saying stuff like what a good job he was doing and stuff, but in that salesman clip i just laughed my ass off when the dude jumped on top and fell off like 10 mattresses to the pavement..
it was hard to hear the videos cuz yeah, we were actually past the house speakers, but the boys sounded crystal clear..

What the fuck, just because I asked why they don't play that song anymore or because I never followed them WAY back in the day. That must make me a moron then. Jesus christ. You're just like George Bush. You both deserve to get taken deep into the woods and disemboweled with a wooden cooking spoon.

BEST CONCERT EVER!!!
I don't know if I can even describe it anymore then just that. They played every song that I wanted them to play. I was even shocked that they sang some stuff from the Paul Boutiques album....but by far the best show that I have ever been too. Thumbs up all the way!!! (y) (y) (y)
The one of the greatest moments in the night had to be when they played intergalatic and ended up on the little stage without anyone noticing. I jumped over the railing as fast as i could as soon as i saw them....there was no security guard that was going to stop me. I thought that was pretty sweet that they did that. I can't wait for their next concert!!!
LONG LIVE THE BEASTIES!!!! :)

The Beastie Boys, Talib Kweli concert was by far the best concert that I have ever been to. You can call it a concert, pageant, or whatever you want to, but for anyone that hasn’t seen the Beastie Boys, or Talib Kweli for that matter, seeing them in person is a must and an experience you’ll remember for the rest of your life. If you live in or around any of the cities they are coming to in the near future you’ve got to see this. It will change your perception of what a great concert is. I’ve been a Beastie Boys fan for quite a while now, but regretably this was the first time I have seen them in concert and it was crazy. I hope they keep performing for years to come because I’m definitely going to keep going as long as they are around to rock venues. I expected the Beastie Boys to put on an amazing performance, but I was blown away! Even as good as all of their CD’s are, just listening to a Beasties CD or tape doesn’t quite compare to going to a show. I was in the first few rows on the floor, and being in the middle of all of that mayhem was definitely chaotic. There were quite a few interesting types mixed up in that crowd. I’m also a big Talib Kweli fan and his performance was insane as well, even though most of the crowd unfortunately, didn’t seem all that into it. (y)

Dear asshole,
First off, calling the guy who came out during the Talib Kweli set "some white ganster wigger fag" is totally offensive and most definitely, the boys would NOT APPROVE. Since I was front and center, I could definitely see that he was indeed, not a wigger, but an African American. He has a genetic melatonin problem so get you're shit straight.

The show was fuckin amazing, only show that i have enjoyed like that was Rage Against The Machine at the Gorge in 97, but this pagent surpasses that  I was enjoying the hell out of Talib Kweli until these two fat drunk bitches waddled their way where me and my friends were a lil left of center about 2 people from the railing, they were being fuckin obnoxious, the bigger of the two cows kept falling back into the other fat girl and everyone around me was gettin mad pissed at them, this one dude who was on the railing kept tellin me to back up or go else where but ya know how drunk girls are, wasnt until we got securitys attention that these two manatees didnt have wrist band and threw em the fuck out, it was amazing. They ruined Talib's set for me cuase i had to worry bout them crushing me.
Anyone notice that MCA had his tags and stickers still left on his pants when they came out in the board game shirts? I was hopin someone would let him know but oh well.

I can say anything I want. Weather it's offensive or not, I can say what I want. I dont give a shit if he has a genetic melatonin problem. I just wanted to add on to an earlier post on this thread that I made. Although the show was incredible, one thing that was disappointing to me about the atmosphere at Key Arena was the lack of people that were really into hip hop. No one around me really even seemed into Talib Kweli, let alone even know who he was, and he is arguably one of the best, if not the best lyricist/artist in hip hop today.
I’ve also read some of the earlier posts on this thread and couldn’t believe how ignorant some people can be. In fact, I’m still surprised that there hasn’t been more people that haven’t also had problems with the lack of intelligence shown in some other individuals’ comments. If you weren’t really into Kweli and his crew, that’s fine, but you still should show him some respect for the amazing talent he is. And it’s garbage that you would even think, let alone post some of your pathetic views on here. Even if you’re not that into hip hop and are just strictly a Beastie Boys fan, you should still know that Kweli wouldn’t have opened up for them if he didn’t have incredible skill. Maybe you should try and listen to some of the messages in Kweli’s & the Beastie Boys’ songs to help broaden those narrow minded views of yours.

These sorts of comments should not be allowed on the board. Yes, everyone has a right to their opinion. What you showed was a lack of opinion and was straight up hate.
I can't believe no one commented on this before me.
Does an admin. care to chime in? :(
If I had been you, I would have apologized for being so ignorant and maybe even edited my post to take out the racist and homophobic comments (or at least grammar and spelled checked it... "bare with me"? Ha!).
Funny thing is, you never know who you are talking to when you post to these sorts of boards. If you only knew, you would have known better.

Since I was front and center, I could definitely see that he was indeed, not a wigger, but an African American. He has a genetic melatonin problem so get you're shit straight.
Second off, where do you get off?
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

WHY IS NO ONE COMMENTING ON THE DOG SHOW THAT SHIT WAS ILLMATIC!!!! (y) :D
OH YEA!! and my and my friend got played on the big screen, i requested ALIVE which they didnt play and my friend requested Root Down!!! :D
yo i was right there too! that one chick was friggin basty, and she called this dude i met there an f'in fatso or something and he was like "speak for yourself" or somehting like taht, we all went nuts and the crowd was like cheering when her drunk ass got pulled out..

That chick was classic. She started shit with everyone I was standing by. She was hanging all over the dude she was with and when he said to her "You can get off of my leg anytime now" I almost died.
You must hae been standing right next to me.

Oh well, I didn't like the people who opened for the Beastie Boys... so what's the big deal?
If it's what I said then I APOLOGIZE! I shouldn't of been so rude about it. I didn't know that guy had a disease or whatever he has. I just saw some white guy go up there and sing and I was like "Oh great, another Eminem.." maybe it's just me but I can NOT stand white guys who think they are black but I guess he is black, so that right there is my fault then. I don't care for that kind of rap music. I thought the guy had an okay voice as a singer, but I'm not into that kind of music, no big deal, right? like I said I shouldn't of said what I did say to be so rude and racist and everything, so therefor I apologize for what I said.
Maybe I didn't like the band because the bass and volume was so loud that it was so hard to even hear what they were saying. Oh well, tho.
I should of just said that I didn't like the band and I shouldn't of been so crude about it. So again I'am sorry for what I said. Plain and simple I don't like the band, that's fine.
Anyways, great show (from the Beastie Boys) and does anybody think that somebody recorded it?

I didn't respond to the comments because I didn't want to perpetuate them. Anyway, MrPerfect apologized so maybe we can just drop it now.
Did anyone else hear Mike D's comment about spreading "seed"? That was funny. I think it was Ad-Rock that was like, dude you took it too far and they were all laughing. That was funny.

Thanks for the apology. That took a lot. I would ask for an apology for the names and things you called me, but really I don't care what you think of me. I think it is funny (hilariously) that you don't like white rappers because
duh...
THE BEASTIE BOYS ARE WHITE RAPPERS!
:p
So whatever, if there was a competition over who was more of a "waste of human breath" I think you would would be the top contender in the competition (if based upon intelligence and wit).
Why go see the Beastie Boys if you hate white rappers?
p.s. The boys peruse the board. So do members of Milarepa, friends and families of the bands, staff (and the people who could get you backstage passes) etc. so you might want to keep things in check a bit more in the future all right?

You sound awfully familiar... I was wearing a black warm up jacket with pink stripes on the sleeves and collar. Pony tail. With a really tall guy in a black U of W hat.

Yeah, I apologize to you too. Again, I shouldn't of said what I did and I shouldn't of said what I did to you. I have my own opinion and you have yours. Sorry for calling you a "waste of human breath" or whatever I said. It's just sometimes I get caught up in the moment of the argument.
The Beastie Boys are considered rap but more hip hop. They dont do the kinda rap that I hate. Like singing about blunts, 40's, bitchs, ho's, killing people, etc. Like all the other rap. That's the kinda shit I cant stand. I'm not a really big fan of any rap in general. There is very little rap that I like but I really like the Beastie Boys because of the stuff they sing about. I think it's amazing.
Anyways like I said, I'm sorry to you and my comments to you and anybody else and I'm sorry for my comments to the band.

I can totally agree with u...the b-boys are great entertainers..i went to the show they had in San Fran. and it was awesome!!! They were wearing Light blue t-shirts with old english writing on them...mike-d had "beastie boys", MCA had "president", and Adrock had "scorpio" on his....it's so cool how they can rock out in something sooo simple.. anyways it was one cool show.. B-BOYS RULE!!!!
They had those same shirts last night, except Mike D had "president" and MCA had "the hamburgler." And Money Mark had "From Here to Gardena."

in the house .goin awollllllll!!!!
yeee-ahh. definitely one of the best concerts i've ever been to. when the stage turned around and they busted out with the instramentals, i just about almost passed out coz it was so intense.
the beastie boys are true musicians/artists down to their cores. and they poured out their hearts n souls to their fans last sunday night.
i just got one question, was it will ferrell the whole time? i know it was will ferrell during the first little comedy bit, but during the middle commercials, it really seemed like it was george w. maybe it was the shrooms, but i could have sworn that they showed like george w. in like texass with a shovel and then the director said, "cut!" -------------------->and then georgeW got all pissy and said, "fuck you, i'll tell you when to say cut!" or soemthing liek that. was it all will ferrell? or was it factual propaganda to show us all that georgew is an evil sumafabitch?
ps: one more thing, what was up with the stunt dude falling guy commercials? that was really wierd -

<SIGH> Yes, it was all Will Ferrell. Do you really think they'd let out a clip of him saying "Fuck?" You can watch the whole thing here www.whitehousewest.com. The part with the horses is hilarious, I wish they'd shown that at the show.

I would have went insane if they did Futterman's Rule in Vancouver, I would have prefered it to Ricky's Theme.

Anywho, that concert was totally insane, it's been days and I'm still thinking about it constantly, beastie's songs playing over and over again in my brain. I didn't think MCA looked down at all, all of them were performing excellently.
I really loved how Adrock looked around trying to make eye contact with everyone. When a performer can get really personal with the audience it just makes it all the better. INCREDIBLE SHOW! The only annoying thing was these douchebag's were smoking right in front of this pregnant lady I was standing next to, and her boyfriend and friends were telling them to knock it off but they were apparently too stoned to comply....when the crowd started to get really rough right when the beastie's were coming on, she had to leave...I felt really bad for her, that immature shitheads can ruin someone's time...I hope she found a good spot and could enjoy the rest of the show.
Beasties for life, THEY RULE SOOOOO MUCH!

I like the analogy, but not quite true. I've seen Springsteen live almost 30 times, and have only heard Glory Days at about six of them. But I was thinking the same thing when we made our requests in San Diego, and I asked for "Looking Down the Barrel of A Gun" or "Rhymin' and Stealin'", and my friend requested "Brass Monkey". I was thinking "No, waste of a request! They've been playing that every show anyways!"
