The media can legally lie (http://www.rense.com/general35/MEDIA.HTM). So technically CBS has done nothing wrong. Although the article says the CBS story was 'believed to be based on forged documents' so it may actually be true. After all many children believe in Santa Claus. Regardless shouldn't people be focussing on now rather than 30+ years ago. Not that this information isn't important but there's an election going on here.

NONE of them have served on his boat, that's a fact. They say they "served" with him, meaning they were both in Vietnam at the same time. They have no idea about John Kerry's record; the doctor who says he "signed off" on Kerry's medical records doesn't have his name ANYWHERE on any of the documents.
