i was checking out electricfactory.com and it shows that tribe called quest are gonig to be at the electric factory the same night as the b-boys, so maybe we get a chance of "get it together", if not thats cool anyways, tix are only 10 bux with beastie boys ticket stub. just saw that the show is 21+ show only and id is required sorry to all you young ppl, but for those of us over 21+ its going to be the shit

i was torn between going to see the beasties and tribe, because i'm a bigger tribe fan than the beasties but with this new information at my disposal, haha. do y'all think tickets will still be available after the beastie show at the box office for the ten dollar deal or would ordering beforehand be advisable.

i checked on talib kweli's website and it doesnt have the philly date on his website as a show it has dc and nyc but no philly

indeed thats odd, but like my mellow Micdodin stated....im very certain tribe wont be playing 2 shows in one night. i cant believe they are even playing one show!! [id love to be proven wrong though]

a couple more thing to add to my thoughts of tribe possibly opening, on the radio adds in philly it says beastie boys with speacial guests and they dont say who the opener is, also the info says there that tribe show will be discounted with ticket from beastie boys show, sooo, im thinking they come on do a little surprise set and then probably announce that theyre going to be having their own little show at the electric factory. these are just my hopes i know im probably getting way to hype for what might not happen but well see, see you all there im gonna have fun regardless if talib or tribe opens being that im fans of both plus im going to get my tribe ticket today. peace! also maybe tribe will open cause last time they opened for the beastie boys in 98 a couple members were late getting to the show and maybe they want to make it up to the fans in philly? :D

i doubt it. shows ain't been "selling out" immedialtely lately. but by the show comes, it will be either close to or a sellout crowd.
unfortunately, i'd get tix now instead of gettin' hyped and gettin di*ked at the last minute

a group of me and my friends are gong to take a taxi over to the electric factory being that the parking lot and broad street prolly the way to the electric factory will be a parking lot so instead of sitting in the parking lot for an hour and missing some of the tribe show were gonna grab a taxi, suggest those of you going to do the same.
