I live near Rotterdam, in a little town that went virtually unnoticed before this guy became our prime minister(dammit): Jan Peter Balkenende, also known as Harry Potter. He lives about 10 min.'s away, but now he's been in hospital for a few weeks, which means he 'lives' about 5 min's away. Capelle has now become political celebrity spotting heaven. :p

I lived a couplea doors up from Jarvis Cocker (he's pretty famous in the UK, lead vocal in Pulp) for ages. I was so embarrassed at recognizing him and not wanting him to know I did that I always looked away. Why do I have that urge always to look away pretending I don't know these people? Maybe cos they're in the public eye and they need to be ignored to bring them back to reality a bit or something. Jeez they fart too huh? And they sometimes are unhappy? wierd

I bet the BBoys don't get hassle/recog'ed much cos they're too scary. I know I'd definately look away then. Gawd bless em.
