This whole thing about laws being unconstitutional from this admin and party in power is just insane. We need tort reform so that laws can be passed and not have to be compared against the consitution. Even the supreme court seems to want to dangle the consitution in front of us regarding the enemy combatants.

Whats this country coming to when you can have absolute power to do whatever you want in the name of fighting terrorism?
